Refund help! What should I do?

I tried to buy some things from Daz3D, but when I used my card it said error. I thought this is weird because everything on my card was alright.
I clicked 3 more times, which means a total of 4 times and it came up again with error.
I then found out that money was taken from my bank 4 times, because I clicked on pay, although Daz 3D checkout said error.
I did contact my bank and they said they can`t do anything about it and made a dispute on it. My account says pending transaction, so I thought they can stop the transaction thats why.
I contacted Daz for a refund, and I hope I get my money back. Because, I didn`t get the items and 4 times the money has been taken away from my account.
Has anyone else had issues with Daz with there check out system?

As with any store, there can occasionally be store issues; theer hasn't been a flurry of posts so I suspect it's related to your account or card issuer in some way rather than a general problem. Daz support doesn't work weekends so you won't get a reply before Monday, but Sales support is fairly quick in cases like this - I'm sure they will sort it out, though having a formal dispute process started may complcate the process.
Issues like this are usually a temporary problem somewhere along the chain of communication (website<->payment gateway<->card issuer) - but (in our experience) is usually the payment gateway not sending the confirmation in a timely manner; it either doesn't get the confirmation from the card issuer or fails to forward the confirmation to the website. Ultimately, the website is waiting for a response but does not get one in time.
The receiving institute generally voids the transactions after a couple of days because the transactions are not fully completed and technically the money is sitting in limbo. The card issuer should then refund the payments automatically - you will probably see your account balance go up but the pending transactions just disappear rather than having reversals placed against them.
It can be disconcerting but you will get your money back :)
This happened to me a few year's back and as I was using a debit card on my current account I was cashless and foodless for a week till the money was refunded. As a consequence I set up a separate account just for the debit card and it only holds enough funds to purchase what I want. Most scary at the time, but the money was refunded.
