Has the Transfer Utility moved?

All of a sudden my menu bar is different, and I can't find the Transfer Utility.  Or Add Smoothing Modifier.  Or convert figure to object.

    If the title bar of theapplication showing Daz Studio 4.15 Pro, or is it Daz Studio 4.15 Standard?

    OK, in that case try reloading your layout - Window>Workspace>Select Layout - or the menus alone - Window>Workspace>Customise, click the Import button, and select menus. Be aware that this will remove any entries in the Scripts menu or other customisations that you may have made and not saved to a layout.
