Missing Files BAFFLER!

This really is a baffler for which I'd love an explanation ~ other than anything to do with time travel!

Over the past 9ish months I've had to uninstall almost half of my Daz assets due to lack of disc space, so it's relatively common that when I load an old composition there are missing files. Recently a lady friend's birthday came up so I decided to send her one of my own 3DL Daz compositions with lettering added as a card. I call the composition "Fairy Waterfall" and all it is is an ancient Daz backdrop, Woodland Realm Playset with the FTStorywp2 material, 3 x posed and outfitted G2F fairies, plus some added vegetation from the 3DL Nature Lake environment. This was a composition I created years ago and I'm certain before Iray existed. When I loaded the scene hoping to possibly improve it one of the missing files which came up was Nature Lake, so no surprise there, but others that came up and are on my monitor right now as missing are:

Low Tide - an Iray only environment

Water Spring - ditto

Medieval Lands - ditto

Wisteria Tunnel - ditto

How can it be that a 3DL composition which was created before Iray existed have missing files from 4 Iray only environments which I didn't own at the time of creating the scene?!

Maybe one of your products was updated to reference those newer products. Maybe you installed that update sometime after the last time you used the product. When you loaded the scene recently, it used the newer updated version and went looking for the new file references..

My guess would be it's just the grasses I used from Nature Lake which somehow connect to the other environments, but that still doesn't explain why a 3DL prop would have a connection to totally different Iray scenes, one of which doesn't have any grasses in it!

The geometry and textures of the IRAY/3DL products are usually the same, IRAY and 3DL are just shaders, not different products.

I just checked and Low Tide does have one grass prop in it, so all 4 environments must be using the same prop.
