Just a quick procedural question...

I've gotten into the habit of restarting my computer to wipe my GPU clean everytime I decide to work on pictures after having rendered a batch. I'm not sure if I read that was a good idea or if I just read something and that's how I interpreted it and it really doesn't matter/it wipes itself clean. Am I making stuff up or is that a real thing? Just curious.

usually just restarting DS is enough to free up any memory on the GPU, though a system restart may help if you've had other applications make demands on the GPU during the session.
