When products say they are compatible with "Victoria 4" or V4 what base model are they referring to?

I can find:

Victoria 4 for Genesis 2 Female
Victoria 4.2 Base

Are these the compatible figures, or is one of them compatible, or is it something else entirely?

They mean Victoria 4.2 Base - Victoria 4 for Genesis 2 Female is an add-on that allows the use of V4 textures on Genesis 2 Female, and allows the AutoFitting of Victoria 4 clothes to G2F. So, with the V4 for G2F you can, to a considerable extent, use Victroia 4 maps and clothes on G2F - morphs don't transfer unless you add GenX 2 and its Genesis 2 Female and Victoria 4 modules.
