Getting Mckenzie HD for Genesis 8.1 Female to install / appear

Just purchased Mckenzie HD , can't get it to show up in Daz Central, Install Manager, or get the manual download option to function.  I've tried walking through the procedure, putting the .sea and .sep files in the appropriate daz connect library, and still nothing.  The product shows up under content library, in the listing of all purchased products, but when I click on the icon, it started a lengthy download process that lasted several minutes.  After it completed, it still did not show up in either smart content or any other content library folder.  It does have files in the connect library data/ cloud folder, but these are not recognized.  Any one else having this problem?

    Are they .part files, probably 0 bytes?

    They are .part files at 0 bytes, just checked again

    OK, and you say the product won't show in DIM/Daz Central at all? Can you download the zip manually? If so do that and place it in the Install Manager Downloads folder, which should make it avaialble in the Ready to Install tab on refresh/erstart, in DS right-click on the product container and Uninstall, then install through DIM. Even if that works please open a support ticket to report the issue.

    The only files the website gives me access to are the DAZ Connect Offline Package and the Offline Authorization File, which yields the .SEA and .SEP files.  Despite those being placed in the appropriate My 
    DAZ Connect Library/data/cloud/install folder, it still isnt recognized or installed when clicking on the install offline content option.  I also made sure to map the content directory to the new install foldee.  I opened a support ticket, but as of now I can't access this product in a useable format.

    Appreicate your response and help.

    If you have bought the product already, the owned products are hidden by default, uncheck the "Hide Items I Own"

    Since it seems to be affecting more than one eprson I will flag it up directly too, though that may not get a faster response than the ticket with the weekend about to start.

    I just bought Mckenzie HD, there is no download option whatsoever.
    I've had the case with other items before, but not that long.
    I see that I am not the only one having this problem ...

    Same problem for me. No DIM or manual files. DAZ Central or Connect only.

    Same here. It shows as purchased at daz3d.com but doesn't show up in Daz Center, DIM or the install tab in Daz Studio.

    It seems clear that this is a general issue, which is the basis on which I reported it. It is unlikely to be fixed before Daz working hours on Monday I'm afraid.
