Ah yes, so sorry for not providing examples, please see attached for some examples (typical collegiate Champion brand sweatshirts).  It would be cool if a vendor could create one and allow a user to put in a customized University Logo of their choice.

You can do that already with GIMP , photoshop or any other image editing software which everyone here should have already because of the nature of digital art.

here is a shirt very close to the one I posted a link to with a TAMU university (my alma mater) logo i got off the web applied in gimp, took all of 5 minutes to create the diffuse and then redo the normal map

Maybe you can convert this freebie for G2F that I made a while back.  You can't beat the price, and accoding to the descrpition it is very  much in line with what you are looking for: 

Poor Genesis 2 Female.  It's just not easy being a 3D girl. All day long you battle orcs in your chain mail bikini and sometimes you just want to take off the battle stilletto heels and have a nice casual weekend. When that urge hits, you need a morphing sweatshirt!
