Help? Creating ERC Freeze Pose Control for Geograft Attachment - SOLVED

Hi There!
I am no stranger to DAZ or custom modeling, but it looks like "New Users" is the place for these kinds of questions.

I'm trying to create Pose Controls for a geograft attachment without using morphs.  I want to use the rigging and transformers.
Following basic process, I pose the attachment and then use ERC Freeze to create a pose control property.
As expected, once the property is created, it is set at 100% for the applied pose.
The issue is, when I try to dial it back down to zero, the geograft doesn't maintain it's attached location.
Using ERC Freeze to create pose controls on the main figure works fine, but not for the attachment.
I have tried playing with different settings in both the Create New and ERC Freeze dialogs, including deselecting freeze properties related to the head, as well as trying to create the pose control for only the attachment and for the whole figure.  Can't seem to find the right combination of elements to resolve the issue.
And help or advise would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you!! :)

  • Was the rigging memorised (Joint editor right-click menu) before you did the ERC Freeze?

    That fixed it!  THANK YOU!
I usually do that before saving the figure/prop asset. Maybe I missed that step on this one.
