OK, so ... I'm confused.
The banner and page header image and the clothing in the Oni Warrior Bundle all show this extremely muscly human as part of the advertising.
So ... where is he? Oni HD himself appears only to be the oni demon and not the human. The outfit is just the outfit.
From the looks of him, I kind of wonder if he might have Kwan's texture on a massively more muscular body, but I'm not sure.
Other than that, banner aside, it looks like a good bundle for the price. If only I needed an Oni demon...
Mind, if the human was actually in the bundle, this other item might persuade me to buy it: "Super important bonus dirty underwear texture set for the Genesis 8 Male Tighty Whities". I mean, after all, it IS "super important."

My guess is it's Kwan mixed in with another figure, maybe the Brute? Kwan has a very distinctive upper abdominal area, and you can make out the shape slightly just above the belt.

I was wondering what could be done with an Oni warrior, and now I see. Awesome render.
It's not my genre. But where are the regular human characters? I'm waiting for another human man and woman. So far, there's been a lot of fantasy and comic book type figures. It's been a long time since there was a regular human. I'm waiting......
I'm with you. I'm hoping to see some more regular human characters like we used to have.
Human image is only in the cloth product, so I don't see any promise of a human character, only demonstrating an example in how the oni's cloth looks in a human G8 character.
You can't expect every product to cater to your needs but the zombie Hello Kitty belt buckle isn't working with that character.
There's so many human characters out there, especially younger idealized, pretty ones. You can practically make endless combos with what is available, without having to use an external app. :|
Something like Oni HD is unique and actually adds to the genepool. Also, I noticed that Goanna released Zhen HD today too. I hope he counts as a regular human man for y'all.
I bought him for sure. Both for the traditional Japanese aspect of the character and planned combining him with the mertail products that have been released lately (not sure if the mertails will actually work with him though as my DAZ & content are uninstalled momentarily).
Finally. A bundle that I can afford! lol!
I don't love him, per se. He's just different (and a welcome addition to my Library).
Those characters are great if you use that type in renders, but I don't. And I don't really want young, beautiful people all the time. There are already way too many of those. I'd like to see some people of various ages. Some late middle age such as early 50s, even some more realistic children. Definitely more male characters and assets for them. I realize that a lot of people prefer to use fantasy and alien types which is perfectly all right, but some of us aren't into that genre. I'm fine if they make those characters. Everyone should be able to get the types they want, but it just seems as if recently there have been a lot of character that fall into the fantasy area like the merpeople, centaurs, elves, etc. I'm okay with those, don't get me wrong, but it just seems as if the new releases recently have been more in those categories.
I like him. He mixes better than you'd expect, and he has some interesting characteristics. He brings something different to the party.
