European Style Apartment is great in general (it should've been call "BYO Apartment" or "Apartment Construction Kit", really, because that's what it really is), but it does have some very frustrating flaws.
-The baseboard (or skirtingboard) is modeled on some wall tiles, but textured on others, so you can't always make it continuous.
-Because of the baseboard issue, it's hard to line up your own wallpaper textures between two such wall tiles. Even giving the walls a painted or plastered appearance using shaders is problematic and may cause visible seams.

Have you thought about kitbashing your own? That way you would have complete control over the layout (making it easier to move things to get your camera shots). You could plan your layout on paper (where the halls are, bathrooms, main rooms, windows and doors especially) then create the seperate rooms using a room creator set here like https://www.daz3d.com/home-one-apartment or https://www.daz3d.com/collective3d-create-a-room-base-set (for your walls and halls) then another mega set for props like https://www.daz3d.com/modern-house-2-bundle. Then you could save each room separately along with one major merged file with everything. Good luck with the apartment !
