modular walls/floor/furniture? or something that works with what i already have?

I used to use Modular Living for desinging my interior spaces but I can't seem to find anything similar for DAZ... I can load the base for modular living but I cannot load the textures.

so i'm either looking for

a. iray materials that i can use. paint, wallpaper, tile, glass, ceramic, porcelain, metal, wood, etc

b. something comparable that already works in daz

aditionally

c. assorted furniture

Here is a search in the store for 'Shaders' Iray. There are over 1408 selections. The PA sale is a good time to put the ones you want on wish list and then buy them when they come on sale. Or if you are in the PC+, and they are in PC+, the next sale may have those for sale. 

I know there are furniture packs I have bought them, you can do a search on furniture and purchase based on the style you are looking for. 

I am not familiar with Modular Living, but the PA Collective3D has kits that you can update with the Iray shaders and design a home or building to your own taste.

For furniture, if you look at the blue bar at the top of the screen in the Shop, then click on Places and Things > Props > Furniture, you should get up to 13 pages of options.

For custom buildings, I like the following products by Maclean:

They don't have Iray materials, you will need to add those yourself.
