Scripts to Increment/Decrement Timeline Frame with 2 Keys

Are there any hotkeys for to incrementing or decrementing which frame in the animation Timeline you're on? If not I could use some help with an increment and decrement frame scripts to do that, and I could put them to 2 different key presses in Daz's Customize Menu. My reasons are that: you can't view the border of your shot except in the Render Pane and can't put the Timeline below it, when you're working on a pane without the Timeline and want to change frames and have to switch back and forth between panes it wastes a lot of time, and it's easy to overshoot in the Timeline or if you have few frames moving to another frame is slow. It needs to reliably be able to increment/decrement on a 1 frame basis you press the key a normal amount of time.

  • If you go to Window>Workspace>Customise and look in the Animation group on the left you will find commands for moving fowards and backwards - right-click>Change Keyboard Shortcut and then press the combination you wish to use.
