I've tried countless things it isn't taking to anything I put in.

Make sure none of them are "New"

    As per the main thread.

New items are not exempt in the small print, Chaosophia shouldn't have to change their choices and remove new items.

...that needs to be mentioned in the "fine print", it isn't, just that Flipped Normals and Emma & Jordi items are excluded on the CELEBRATE70 code.  However, someone on the Sales Thread said it worked on a couple new items.

Just wasted about 25 min on this and where i live (US West Coast) I only have 1 hr & 10 min to go before Daz "Zero Hour".

Try living in Europe. Daz promotions feel like a never ending case of "While you were sleeping you missed out on..."

And I didn't realize it was only good until "DAZ Zero hour", must have overlooked that, well there's always another....

If you didn't see the announcement on Facebook, you didn't overlook it. It wasn't written here on DAZ site.

Ok, thanks @blaz! It was an orange banner, so next  time i'll think of that possibility.

...I rarely go to the FB site as then my page gets spammed for a week fo so afterwards. I primarily use FB to stay in contact with a local Shadowrun Role play game group. local area kite flyers, and a few friends.

i read the fine print at the bottom of the sale and didn't see an expiration date for the sale.  It was late when I saw it so I was hoping the sale would still be on today. Bummer.

The "Sept. 3 at 12 AM MT" was (is) also highly misleading, as the offer ended at the very moment the 3rd of September started in DAZland.

It's actually correct, because of the way the 12 hour system works  - 12.00 AM is actually midnight, after that comes 01:00 AM etc..  One of the reasons this system should be abandoned as soon as possible, preferably before it was invented.

There was no expiration date specified on the orange banner coupon. Certainly expected it to last a bit longer than the couple of hours that it did.

I got it early on in the day and used it close to when I went to bed, more than a couple of hours here.

One thing I have learned here is that I expect all banner offers to expire at midnight

Same applies to the date. A lot of confusion. Is 4/3/21 the 3rd of April 21 (US) or the 4th of March (elsewhere)? Best way is to follow the ISO date and time formats  https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/ISO_8601. Has the advantage that files containing an ISO date and time can be sorted alphabetically and STILL appera in the correct order.

...their competitor puts deadline times and dates on sales and coupons which is good as they are two hours ahead of us on the West Coast..

DAZ has customers in other parts of the world but that fact seems to be of no importance to the marketing people there. As someone else mentioned - many of the offers start and finish while non-US residents are sleeping. And, yes, I absolutely agree that DAZ should adopt that same policy of announcing deadlines up front. Teasing customers with banners only to whip the offers away before the customer grabs them is not helpful.

Yep. And ever since I lost out on the short-lived celebration  coupons I haven't felt like buying anything from DAZ. Wish I could just get my store credit back.
