Missing item from my product library?

Hi, I'm looking for help with this issue. I am trying to load some of my purchased content onto my new(ish) computer. One of the items, Kibaretto's Shuttlestar, will not appear in my library, but does show up in the order information page. If I click the manual install or Install Manager Ready download and install buttons on the order information page, it jumps to a forever loading blank inventory page on my library. Is there someone from DAZ that can help me with this?

I have the same issue with multiple products but no resolution, sadly.
Have you opened the Daz Install Manager, and downloaded the product that way? As doing it through the website can be a pain sometimes..
Have you contacted support? I recently did a compare of library data from before and after the store update and found a few missing products, just haven't reported it yet.
The don't show up there (at least not mine), they only show on the order pages.

Well if enough people report it, maybe they'll realize it's a general problem and do something.
Yes, that's why I checked the online library. The item doesn't show up in the Install Manager, my installed content or the online library, yet it >is< on the order history sales page, and when attempting to download in any way from the history page, it goes to the blank infinite load screen.
I had a siimilar issue a few months ago when all items from certain orders went missing from my product library. Turned out in my case CS deleted entire orders instead of specific items I returned from that order. It had the exact same result as what you're describing.
It got resolved for me by putting in a ticket to CS sales, though they did take a while.
Best check if it has anything to do with returned items, because if so you might be missing more if it is the same issue I had.
I've never returned an item but I will contact customer service. However, this looks like some kind of technical issue with their records, as any attempt to enter or search even the SKU, outside of the actual order from that date, produces no results.
Will items remain on the order page if they are returned? In any case, I know for certain that I haven't returned any of those I'm missing, one because it's items I like and would never return, two because they're so old that the 30 day return period ended years before they went missing.
I also imagine that DAZ keeps track of what you return so they can see if that's the reason the item is missing.
That's also my impression. All my missing products were purchased in 2012-13 btw, if all those missing products are from that time it may give a clue about what's the cause.
The order in question is from 2013-01-25.
Yeah, over the years with various website updates, etc. there were some glitches. Have missing orders, missing content so one has to rely on their own backups and/or aging memories as to what they have previously purchased so as to not get more copies of items already owned. On the plus side the older products do tend to be released now and then at terrifically good prices if one seriously needs to get such items back in the histories/libraries.
