Hooded Cloak for Hiro 3

Since Hiro3 doesnt have a "hooded Cloak" product, who's hooded cloak fits him best?

    Out f curisoity, does anyone know why H3 was left off the "Hooded Cloak" product line?  I mean even Luke/Laura & Matt/Maddie have one.  Why didnt Hiro3 get one?

    I've used the Aiko 3 Hooded Cloak upon Hiro.  You might want to scale it larger betweem 102 to 105 percent.
