need to purchase Bryce 7pro but no go, error message

I'm trying to purchase Bryce 7 pro for my college class and at checkout it gives me an error message. I feel that I've tried all the basics steps thinking it's user error but I'm stuck. When I click on 'Place Order' it gives me: "There was an error processing this request'. I've tried two different cards as payment and am even trying the PayPal option but no luck. Has this ever happened to anyone? I've put in a help ticket and searched the forums but didn't see anything. Please, in need of help.
Thank you,
Christine

I supose one test is to try purchasing a free item, see if that works.
Moved to the Commons as it was a more general query than application-specific (and the application wasn't Daz Studio).
Give it till Monday and you should in theory hear from customer service then and they'll be able to help you out.
Make sure your address is the same as the one for the card being used.
When the address doesn't follow the assumptions made for it (non-US addresses), it doesn't explain how the address should be written.
I'm not in the States, works for me. There are a few countries it doesn't and those folk had to contact the Company [support tickets] to get the matter sorted out.
The first thing that causes problems with the non-US address are the states, for Finland they want to use something similar to counties as states, and those are not used in any addresses, ever.
Also they don't explain if the postal codes should include the country code or should they be written exactly as they are written on the card, exept you can't write the address "exactly like on the card"
There was some other problem as well, but one only got three attempts before they categorically rejected the card.
The same address as for the card ... the address is not on the card! It's with the bank, the one that backs the card. This is to prevent somebody in country A from using a card that belongs to somebody in country B for example. It also clues their system in {I think} for who to charge which taxes.
According to Wiki, the postal codes for Finland normally have 5 digits.
With regard to counties/states/provinces etc. if the form is incorrect it needs to be fixed.
Name likely has to be what's on the card too. That's pretty standard.
3 attempts ... well hopefully if you had good sale items in the cart you took a screengrab so they can fix the situation properly for you.
I expect Customer Service will help get this fixed for you ASAP.
If Paypal won't go through then it's unlikely to be a postal address issue. Try disabling adblockers, vpn if you have one and clearing all cookies (make a note of your cart contents) or using another browser - if there's one thing handy about having Edge installed but never used, it's perfect for situations like this. Then try again. If the prices have gone up since then customer service will be the only option.
