Any poses available for Pugsley the Stylized Pug?

Does anyone know of any ready-to-use poses for Pugsley the Stylized Pug? The poses I am getting with the dials are horrid looking.

These are the only Pugsley poses I know of  Time With Pet Poses for Genesis 8 Female | Daz 3D

Yeah ... found those, but there doesn't seem a way to make them look decent.

OK ... I bought that pose set, but an still having a deformity problem ... some of the poses either distort the figure or look nothing like the pose thumbnail, or, it looks great till I move the figure into position then the pose goes all wonky. Is there a trick I'm missing?

Is there a way to lock a pose in so moving it doesn't screw up the pose? I tried applying the pose in place, but it just moves it somewhere else.

Unfortunately, I don't own these poses since I don't have Pugsley so I'm not sure what the problem might be.  Pugsley is so cute, I've thought about getting him.

  • So far, the poses work better in the package than my trying to dial them in. I'm having more luck once I put the figure in a group and moved the group rather than Pugsley alone. Still not perfect, but better.

Did you try locking the bones?

Not all of them ... I thought that might prevent my being able to move the figure into position

It should work. Also check if the dog is parented to other things and unparent it. It seems like moving it is affecting other things in the scene.

  • Actually, the pose distorts and twists if I try to move it not in a group folder. It's not affecting anything else in the scene. It's a cute figure, just troublesome to use, especially when working on a deadline.

It might have something to do with IK being on or off.

  • I've never had to do anything with the IK ... what should I do?

I just tried the product and had no prpblem. Did you try using the poses on the bottom that are just for the dog? It's not in a group folder.

  • I did. The pose works ... it just warps when I try to move it. But for whatever reason, once I put it in a group folder, it lets me move the dog without altering the pose. As long as it works, I don't care why, lol.
