How do I attach a Hair object (without any rigging) to a morphed Genesis 2 model?

Please help!
I have made a hair object that fits to a morphed (DAZ) figure in Cinema 4d
I saved the hair as an obj and imported back into daz to the file with my original morphed character
I have tried all sorts of rigging and transfer utilities but when I finally get to fit to the hair ends in the middle of the chest!
I have search the net and there is a good basic transfer utility description but it does not go into any detail on a morphed figure
I used a genesis male morphed to a young male but I am stuck getting the hair to move with the figure
I must be missing a step somewhere. Hope this makes sense
Thanks

Parent it to the head. Either right-click on it in the viewport and select to change parent or in the Scene pane expand the figure to the head bone then drag & drop the hair prop to the head.
Thank you jestmart. Spot on.
I should have known I just went the wrong way about it!
