Platinum Plus Cancelled on Me!

I've been a PC+ member for a long time, but recently it was emailing me almost daily that my membership was expiring. I've had it on auto renew for years, but when I went in to look just now, it said my subscription was cancelled. I never cancelled it. It supposed to auto-renew as it always has. Anyway, I went ahead and bought my membership again, but I'm not sure why PC+ cancelled on me without my knowledge. Weird! Some sort of glitch in the system? Has anyone else had your PC+ membership cancel on you without your knowledge?

    DAZ once canceled my membership, when it was months before membership expiry. I sent DAZ an email and they resumed my membership.

    It's possible that the PC+ sub was specifically tied to a form of payment that expired.

    Letting it auto renew is a financially bad idea anyway. It auto nenews at full price. There are always sales that let you get it at a significant discount. You don't have to wait until it expires to buy a new membership. Buy during a sale and it will tack another year on to the end of your existing membership.

    And what does your account say when does your PC+ subscription end?
