Is there a way to do a shaping morph or shaping preset for only the eyes?

I'm trying to bring Stratus Mcloud (Hiro 3) as a character preset for Genesis1.

I have GenX2, but there's a bug in it that seems to affect H3 and A3 characters, namely it works for the shape of everything else but the eyes, which blow up huge:

It's only a few minutes work with the scaling and translation parameters of each eye to fix it:

But the problem is I don't want to have to do this manually by hand every time I want to dial up this character.  I tried exporting as an .obj to re-import into it's own morph, but apparently GenX2 in this case changed the number of polygons, so I can't just make a full body morph to apply to the whole Genesis figure.  When I try to save my corrected version as a shaping preset, it doesn't seem to read the changes I made to the eyes and I get the shape plus the blown up bug eyes.

Is there a way to save the eye changes I've made so that I can dial the character in with just one (or two) parameter sliders?

Did you try saving the post-eye adjustment shape as an obj (base resolution, no subdivision), then loading a new genesis and use morph loader to load the obj as morphs, adjust rigging to shape and ERC freeze, finally saving as a new morph asset?

Let me double check that it was at base resolution...  Pretty sure that's what I did but it's worth a 2nd look to make sure I didn't miss something.

Ha, that was it.  It was on high resolution.  Dumb mistake on my part, thank you very much!  :)
