Anyone know what this outfit is?

I know the clothing that is used in this image is from Arki but for the life of me I can't figure out where and what the crystal thingy's on the model. Does anyone know?

    the main outfit is listed in the info below the description. the jewels look to be another product, probably not released yet or from another store.
