"Snap to" objects?

Does DAZ Studio have a "Snap to" feature where objects can be snapped to other objects?

If there is, nobody told me.

That said, viewport performance is so bad that it'd be next-to-useless for Genesis figures anyway.

  • The Align pane has stacking options

If you turn Parent in Place off when parenting then the child will move so that its origin and orientation match the parent's.

That only works for bounding boxes, though. Sounds like OP is asking for an equivalent of Blender's snapping options, which let you snap something onto any face of an object.

This really works! Will have to give this guy some money cause it is just the most important tool in my tool box atm

Will have to look into his other items as well, Sheesh you'da thought DAZ would have something like this but apparently not.

    Big thumbs up!
