Lighting is the hardest for me. For this specific setup I was just going to plop some point lights all over the place and that's that. But I wonder what I can do that would be better than that.
Thanks.
Do not push the button more than once, the site is just slow sometimes, but it remembers every instance of you pushing that button.
Ahh. Thank you. Posting replies for me was super delayed for some reason. I thought it wasn't posting so I just kept resubmitting. LOl. My bad. Apologies.
Doesn't look to bad as is. For me the biggest issue is the figures. the posing and the clothing/materials take away from the realism IMO
Is that an HDRI for the backgroud street? Without knowing all the light sources in the scene it's hard to help with the lighting
I redid the whole scene since then. The street was another set i added from the NY shops set. And the outside lights was an HDRI I used to get the afternoon look. I just disabled the ground. I left that setting for the outside but on the inside I added some ghost lights and a few spotlights for characters.

The scene looks nice.
What exactly do you want to do in the scene, with the lighting?
Is there a particular area in the scene, that you want to light in a certain way?

What specific set up? There aren't really any one-size-fits-all lighting set ups, so more information is needed.
I've been trying to post the picture, but Daz won't let me upload one. Here is a link to it on Gdrive: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1Z6sCIfuKy7Asra4M_eyVOdOy7lAq5R3T/view?usp=sharing
