Pose control sliders not working properly

After loading the application and trying out the poses, I found that the smile, open smile, all expression sliders, and upper/lower eyelid sliders all acted like this. Both have the open smile slider all the way at 100, which should've looked like a regular smile, but instead, it makes both look like paralysis demons. Any help is very much appreciated, I have no idea what happeneds
