Shopping cart changed again

My cart changed some days ago to provide more information and a different layout. This morning it has snapped back to the old look, with less information. Is this intended?

Mine too, but I'm glad. The newer layout didn't have a Clear Shopping Cart button, and I didn't need the Interactive License prompts that obnoxiously took up so much room.
