Help and Suggestions - slow dazstudio 3d

Hi everyone I've been using daz3d for awhile and noticed that its becoming more slower than usual sometimes unresponsive. I have also accumulated tons of redundant files on daz3d and its a complete chaos as some of my runtime files have multiple copies which I accidentally installed and havent deleted(partly I forgot which locations installed). Any suggestions on how to organized and  make my daz3d running again in best optimized condition?
