Customizing Parameters Tab Display
Hello,
I have what I hope is an easy question. I've created a prop for the first time. To be specific, I've created a ring. I've turned it into a smart prop that properly parents to G2F right index finger. However, the ring has a few morphs so it can be customized per individual figure. They all originally had confusing names like "torusbevelexp", and I figured out how to change those names into readable labels in the morph parameters setting display. What I need to do now is specify the Min and Max, and set the size it has been created at to be displayed as default 100%.
In other words:
My "Top and Bottom Bevel" value is currently 227%. This is the value of the morph I created for the ring. However, I would like to display that value as 100%, and then have the Min and Max go up and down based off 100% (which behind the scenes would be 227%).
I'm including a snapshot of how I have the parameter settings configured. The parameter preview looks right. But as soon as I hit accept the ring bevel shrinks and I have to go set it to 227% to make it fit again. The odd thing is I did this exact same configuration for a different morph value - and it seemed to work just fine.
I hope this question makes sense. If anyone has any suggestions, I would be grateful!
:)
P.S. Also, if anyone can explain what the nudge value does - I'd appreciate that too. :-/

The simplest option would probably to set the morph to 227, with everything else zeroed, export as OBJ, and then load that as the morph (if you've saved the morph already use Morph Loader Pro and under the options find Overwrite existing and right-click to set it to Deltas Only).
I just tried it, several times, and the morph that's generated scales the entire ring, not just the “Top and Bottom Bevel” value.
Does that make any sense? Have I misunderstood something?
That sounds as if you used different presets on exporting the OBJ and importing the morph, so that the scale came out differently.
