What's that Hair?

I cannot determine the hair used for Kargath.  Can someone help me out with this?  I see there are 6 hair colors, but it does not indicate which hair mesh is used.  The Scar 8 Pro Bundle does not seem to elaborate any further, so no luck there either.

The colours are for the fibremesh brows.

I want to ask about the white, wispy mohawk type hair that's featured on the little "impish" man on the web page right now (late Sept 2021) in the introductory videos. IIRC the little guy also appeared when you opened DS 4.14 or 4.13.

I've seen this unique item in the DAZ store in the past, but it escapes me where it was.
