Animating dance movements

Hello,

I am new to Daz 3D. I have some experience in 2d animation.

Using Daz 3D, i want to create custom (folk) dance moves. 

Please let me know, is there any dance movements, I can buy from market place.?

Any other things I need to buy hardware or software tools alongwith Daz 3D?

what about mocap?. I also thinking to use mocap for my dance movements

    The Daz Shop doesn't have a lot of animations, period. Obscure folk dances are a long shot.

    If you want to do animation, I'd recommend using an external program like Blender, because Daz Studio's tools are not up to snuff. You can find more details about the two major bridges in the Blender subforum.

    The animation department of Daz Studio is weak. While making dance animations can be done, it will take a lot of manual tweaking ... or, if you can get MOCAP to work that might help a lot. I have not done it, but I think I recall reading the Apple software versions of MOCAP are compatible ... but let another with actual experience there dictate the best route(s).
