Ever buy a product and files seem missing?
I purchased a set of expressions for a G8Female. I installed the package. When I looked in the Expressiosn folder, there were no presets for the expressions. The data is there, the parameter sliders are there. But no presets on a product specifically marketed as a stand alone product. I reported this sissue to the sales people, they insist the package is complete. To me this makes no sense. Why go to all the trouble of creating a set of expressions and then NOT save the presets? I manually downloaded the package again to make sure. No presets.
I also find it frustating that Daz acts as gatekeepers to restrict access to the developers. No read me file, no way to contact the person.
Anyone else experience this?

Expression packs which only include morphs and not presets are not unusual. That's still a standalone product, you have the morphs and can use them.
Also, Readme files are available in the wiki part of the site. You can also access them directly using the following URL, just replace "SKU" in it with the SKU of the product you want: http://docs.daz3d.com/doku.php/public/read_me/index/SKU/start
If you install the Daz Deals browser add-on (which has a lot of useful features), it adds a link to the readme on the product page.
As for not having access to content creators, the fact that Daz handles support for PAs is actually part of the agreement they have with Daz and part of why they give them a cut on their sales, so that they can focus on creating more content and not on dealing with tons of requests from customers.
If an expression set includes expression presets, they'll add that information in the "what's included" section of the page. However, if that section only lists Morph Dials, then that means presets are not included. So my recomendation is to check the page in question. If it lists presets and none have been included, then you can add that to your ticket to DAZ.
