Pretty sure that's Aiko 8, although it might be Kanade. Hard to tell with that heavy eyeshadow.
Looks more like Aiko 8 because of the broader jaw. But it's hard to be sure if it's either. Only the person that made the promo would know for sure unfortunately. But either of the two above characters might fit your bill if you are going for the young anime girl kind of vibe.
Maybe, this Aiko 8 character with one of the makeups and eye colors not shown in the promo images.

I don't own this one so can't say for sure about the makeup options and eyes. Keep in mind there may also be a little bit of dial spin and eyes could even be from another character or eye product. It does, however, seem to be in keeping with this PA makeup style and skin application. I think the freckle on the cheek is almost a dead giveaway that at least this skin is in play.
