Does anyone know whats this skin textures/LIE makeup?

I was just surfing through the gallery and found this absolutely stunning picture by Scorpia and have been trying to recreate the look ever since.

Does anyone know whose character the skin texture belong to?

I haven't got this texture so can't say for sure but there may also be some sort of glitter makeup lie or geoshell applied.

 EDIT: It could also be some postwork to get that glitter effect using a dotted stipple type of brush and the right blend mode along with using the displacement filter if using Photoshop. (Something similar if another image application.) I, however, lean toward thinking it is some sort of glitter makeup applied over the skin texture.
