Does anyone remember Rex-PLUS ?

I've got this tyrannosaurus called Rex-PLUS in my Poser library but it won't load because there is a missing .obj file. My records say I bought it from Daz but I can't find it in my purchases. Maybe Daz uses a different name for it. I've tried various searches but found nothing. I'd like to re-download it, does anyone know how to find it?

    Thank you, that definitly looks like it.

    But if I search my library or the store for that name I don't find it, and you can't search your library by SKU number (I' d have thought that was an obvious requirement). I think I'll have to put in a support ticket.

    Do you also own Digital I's Tyrannosaurus rex? Rex-Plus was an addon to this product, and requires the .obj included with this product. Unfortunately, this Tyrannosaurus rex is no longer available in store.

    Actually you can search your account Product Library by entering the SKU - see example below.

    ETA: That's two colons between the word SKU and the number, in case it isn't clear in that font.

    Thank you for that information. It works on another SKU I tried as a test but it doesn't find 5326 or 4977. My records say I bought 5362, I can't find 4977 but my records are not always complete. I think I'll have to put in a ticket and see what they can find.

    A few (all rather old) products in my account is missing in my library after the store update (I have made regular records of everything in my library from 2014 and up till today so it was easy to check). 

    I can't imagine I'm the only one this has happened to so your Rex may have disappeared too.  Mine can't be found in the library or in DIM either, but they're still listed on the order pages so I can verify I actually own them. 

    It's just difficult to find anything there if you don't have the order number or -date, but if you have an idea about when you purchased it you could check the order pages from that period, if all else fails.  Or maybe DAZ has another way to verify it if you report it.
