  • Please put your question in the post body and the title - Daz 3D Forums - though in this case I'm not sure what you are asking. Please tell us which render engine you are using, what you are trying to achieve, and how it is currently falling short.

  • Please crop or zoom the image so her breasts are out of shot or give her some clothes.

Is this just using the Cartoon mode Drawstyle? Unless you are going to render in that it isn't very useful anyway, and I suspect this specific issue is down to the way it handles transparency (there is an overlay layer on the eye geometry).

  • So here a better look at it as did some reading and changed render to opengl  and like the way it looks the only issue to me is that the eyes are whitey... so is there a solution to that and please understand i dont have YET your technical knowledge and learning. Thank you

**sorry wasnt to share a nude before hence why i blocked the breasts

The OpenGL modes have issues with transparent surfaces, like the eye surface. There is a simple way to fix the issue, though it will have to be done after each reload (it doesn't get saved - there is a way to make it persistent but that seems an unnecessary complication here).

    1. Tools>Geometry Editor
    2. Window>Panes(Tabs)>Tool Settings (assuming it isn't already open)
    3. In Tool Settings collapse the Face Groups list by clicking the triangle icon (this isn't absolutely needed but reduces scrolling)
    4. In the Surfaces list click the eye icon next to Cornea and the eye icon next to EyeMoisture
    5. Switch back to the posting tool you usually use, leaving the Geometry Editor active changes the way some features work in order to make them editable but you don't want that in day-to-day use

That should give visible eyes for OpenGL

If rendering in Iray, one uses Iray shaders/materials - if rendering in 3Delight one does not use Iray shaders/materials. Weird things can happen.

For the eyes in your render, did you indeed turn off/hide the eye moisture layer?

    .....................

Alternatively you could do a spot render of the eyes without the cartoon effects, so that they look normal, and layer them to the render in an image editor.

  • It may just be the lights hitting the shiny eey surfaces, I don't get white eyes when rendering using the Viewport engine with the overlayers of geometry hidden.

  • could be..maybe have the lights shine from an angle.. ty for responding

  • What are your thoughtsd on this result? Any insight to make it better or good jon on catooning it... Thanks again

  • That's better - she now has eyes. A dot of light in them would make them 'alive' ... either in post op or by adding in a little light to shine on them.

Think I understood you to adding more light to giving it a better look.. this was just a quick render pose to show that finally got it working unless so odd issue arises again... thanks again for the help guys
