beta has stopped completing load on Win7

my beta gets stuck after the splash screen on my Win7 machine

tried reinstalling

I suspect it is my custom scene file and I accidently overwrote it

I get this in the log file

very odd

I tried reinstalling and deleting custom actions in C:\Users\user\AppData\Roaming\DAZ 3D\Studio4 Public Build

to no avail

I will clean out that folder next after uninstalling and see if that fixes it but really don't want to

deleted that folder will start over unistalled all my beta files and plugins in DIM, 

never used a simple dress

now have to set my whole layout again from scratch,

it opened  so something in that folder hosed it

well that's not where my start up scene info is stored

it still loads the one I chose

but now I get the postgre connection error and I cannot start CMS

It may be that one of the configuration files was corrupt - in which case, if a system event caused the corruption, it's possible that the database was also damaged and that may be blocking PostgreSQL. Does PostgreSQL show (if only briefly) in the processes in Task Manager when starting DS? How about with Install Manager?

I found it hidden in DIM

I swore I installed it though,

I have reverted to the default start now to avoid this happening again

it was just a scene with environment, tonemapper and Filament options added

I can still load it afterwards
