G3/G8 Pose Converter

I'm just living on this board this week :P Sorry.

So I'm using this product https://www.daz3d.com/xtransfer--genesis-3-to-genesis-8-converter to convert some G3 poses for use with my G8's and I keep getting the attached error. I've tried doing them one at a time to see if it would catch on but no go. Using a G3 pose on a G8 character and then using the Pose Correcter Option works like a dream. I just can't convert/batch convert. Does anyone know what I might need to do to fix this?
