whats the difference between "Face To Face And Virtual Origins" and "Face To Face Autopose Arms"

I recently bought  "Face To Face And Virtual Origins", but haven't gotten to use it yet. Now I see a new product "Face To Face Autopose Arms" by the same PA.

I've read both descriptions and they seem very similar to me. Is there any reason to own both? Should I ask for a refund for the first version (its been less than 30 days), and just buy the new version? because it seems to me the new version just adds more features and can already do everything that the 1st product does. So I don't see a need to own both. If someone owns both and can weigh in it would be appreciated.

That really confused me too.  So I didn't buy either of them.  The vendor really needs to get on here and explain what each of their products do.

Maybe try asking the question in the PA's Commercial thread ? I think V3Digitimes monitors that one.

From what I understand of the descriptions (someone correct me if I'm wrong):

    • "Face to face and virtual origins" will move a whole figure or prop so that a given face is in contact with a target face. It won't change the pose of individual bones, just translate and/or rotate the whole figure. So for example if you want G8F to have a ball in her hand you would first pose her with the hand the way you want it, then use the tool to move the ball in her hand.
    • "Face to face autopose arms" will pose the arm of your figure so that it is in contact with a target. Taking the same example, you could set the ball where you want it, put G8F nearby and use the tool to adjust the pose of the arm so that the ball is in her hand.

ok, that makes sense to me now. I see how both could be useful. I just wish there was a package deal for them. I think I do regret buying the first version though, as this new version of actually posing the limbs and rotating bones is going to be much more useful to me in my workflow.
