Cloudscape creator not working

I purchased Cloudscape Creator Volumetrics and I cannot download the product even though it is listed in DIM and Daz Central.  When I try to download through DIM I get a ''failed'' error, see attached image.

Why I cannot download the product ??

If I try to manually download the product from Daz Stores it takes me to this webpage, see attached.
