How to remove returned items from DazCentral?

How do I prevent items that I returned from showing up in DazCentral? My computer died and I have to rebuild my library. Everything I ever bought is in DazCentral, including items I returned, which makes no sense, I don't want to install a product which I did not buy.

They should be deleted from your order history when you return them, at which point they will nto show as available to download (of course you do need to uninstall them so there isn't a local copy, and remove the zip if using Install Manager - I didn't think Daz Central kep local copies of the zips). If theya re still showing in Daz Central ar they also showing in https://www.daz3d.com/downloader/customer/files ? If so please add a note to your return ticket, or start a new ticket, to report this to sales support.
