install manager and MAC os x Yosmite

Install Manager have been correctly install but it cannot downloading any of the product I see in section Ready to download.
I have set the preference like it is indicated in the documentation.
I have gave my authorization for DAZ studio 4.7 (64 bit). This is the only product that have been downloaded and installed. 1428 others products waiting... and waiting... to be downloaded.
I have the install manager 1.1.0.28
it seem that I have the same problem with Smith Micro download manager.
Need help.

Click on the gear (Settings) icon in the upper right corner, then "Show Log" in the lower left, and post the last 20 or so lines.
and now trying to login with it and not able.
the message: Unable to login to the specified account. Verify the email and/or password and try again.
but it was working good the last time.
and i'm not able to delete this account that have the name and the email to redo it again...
oh yes, i have been able to delete it and then restart DSZ3DIM to enter the name, email and so on. Why do i have to do it everytime I want to use DAZ3DIM?

If you have the same problem with Smith Micro installer I'm pretty sure you have, accidentally or not, enabled some firewall software (the built in ort some third party) that prevents the softwares from opening connections as they are not listed in the trusted lists, which by default usually only holds Mail.app and Safari.app
the problem with Smith Micro installer is solved.
I had an old version of it.
now it's working.
and the problem with Install Manager Daz3D is pending...
If the account information is wrong, add a new account. The account box, last entry, add account..., then when you have added the new one and logged in, go to the "cog", accounts and delete the old one.
the account information is not wrong, but it works only once.
if i try to add a new account it say that this information (email) is already exists. And it's right, because it's the same as the last one.
no the only option is to delete the first one and redo it...
When you log in in DIM, did you get an "Verify you account" or similar alert directing you to the accept the new EULA page (I think you can do that from you account page).
DIM will not download until you have accepted the EULA.
it's doing such thing when i first install the DIM.
and the account is working very well but only the first time.
after that the download don't work... just waiting
then i force to stop.
Restarting DIM, the account that first working don't...
that's it.
So I have to delete it and reenter it.
Do I understand this correctly?
(a) You cannot log in via DIM, you get "access denied"
(b) You could log in before, once, and download products.
(c) you have enough diskspace (2.7TB free, so that is not the issue)
What is in the DIM log after you have tried to log on via DIM?
first I install DIM.

It work well and download and install DAS studio but nothing else. I wait, wait and wait... until I force to stop.

the space is not the problem.
When I wait, it just does nothing. No message. Nothing.
Does it show anything in the list of downloadable files?
What does the figures say for:
- Ready to download
- Ready to install
- Installed
If you in the ready to install tab click in Download Filters, which items are checked? Do that correspond to what you want to download?
forget it... it's working now.
why? I really don't know.
But for the first time, the account is working and the product downloading.
