This is my first attempt at using G8F. Got her into Carrara by converting to blended weight, saving as collada, smoothing in the modeling room, and doing the normal adjusting to maps in the shader room. There are no morphs using this approach, but everything else works.
The background image is the actual Cincinnati, Ohio library, built in the 1870's. Truly a fantasy archictecture, right out of Harry Potter. Unfortunately, they demolished it in 1955, in favor of a newer and bigger building.
I kitbashed a lot of different items for clothing - none are specific to G8 - and custom fitted them. :)
Haven't used Ben for so long, and forgot that young Millenijm Matt had questionable fingers. Poor old Ben didn't have any facial expressions when I loaded him up.
Forgot to fix the glasses arms too!
I'll upload the pre post and car scene later downloading a new verison of elements and it won't let me load up t he old yet
I like this one better, HW. Probably because the colors are more saturated. Lively image of a slow subject!
Please review the new version of Elements when you get a chance.
Thanks for the comment, UB. I like that the GMIC filter process gave Speed a grittier look as if for a modern reboot.
Here is my final Go Speed Go Fanart. Primary differences include some adjustments to a couple lines around the right eye, distinguished the skin from the gloves, and recropped the image.
Hope the result is an improvement as I intend it to be final image. Sorry, Speed, I am done with you!
I have never been a Twitterer, tweeter? When Twitter was first becoming popular, my old job told me it would be OK for me to use Twitter because they didn't think I would get myself in trouble in 140 characters or less. I knew better.
Hard to believe the Ego video is from 1975. There would be no way to guess that if it didn't flash onscreen at the beginning.
Daz3D is generously continuing to sponsor the monthly challenges. No one person can win more than one category.
$50 Daz3D Original Store Credit (DOSC) - Single Image - Most Votes (and honor of first right of refusal to host the next challenge)
$50 (DOSC) - Single Image - 2nd Most Votes
$50 (DOSC) - Participant - Most Votes of All Entries Combined
$45 (DOSC) - Participant - 2nd Most Votes of All Entries Combined
In determining the results, I will count the results for most for a single image first. Then eliminate that person from further calculations of other categories. Then down the line.

Go Gadget. Ron's brushes are great, but even greater when used by you. Excellent effects.
Results are what matters most, and that is one excellent set of results on the modeling.
Well done. Has me thinking of all the Shatner memes GOING around because of his recent space flight.
This tweet is my favorite.
Well done! I remember your Gadget from the Noir Challenge. Excellent redo of the original.
