Not able to download product I purchased a few minutes ago

I always install products manually because I customised my Content Library.
I am not using Smart Content and I just tried to download and install with DIM but that will not work either.
When I try to download the products from the website I get this error message which I have attached to this post.
I am running Windows 11 and wonder if that could be why this happens.
I have no trouble download other products from here.

That one's been closed too. We're just going to pretend that this isn't happening. Seems to be a trend.
We are closing these threads as there really isn't anything to be done - we are sinmply waiting on Daz, or the service provider as the case may be, to fix the issue. If you bookmark the linked thread you will get a notification when there is an update with news. In the meantime Connect (installing through Daz Studio) does seem to be working better, at least (I just purchased three items, all failed in DIM but succeeded via Connect).
