Auto-fit tool not working properly

Having some unusual issues with the the Auto fit. Well, one issue actually. It works fine when it asks what figure was the item originally designed for, but when it comes to what type of item I can't select it. it's stuck on none. It's never happened before so any help would be appreciated.

    I am as well... I think an obvious solution is to expand the dialog of 'fit from' from 'unsupported' or 'none' to a list of at minimum all previous figures created by DAZ, such as Generation 3 and 4 figures which are sadly being left behind. DAZ introduces new figures and in the hope of getting people to buy more models, they leave the previous models behind, like, 'okay, we're over Victoria 4, now it's time to buy this model and its accessories'. Some of my most photo-realistic characters are Victoria 3, and I'd love to have a way to use my thousands of clothes and hair on later generation models, such as Genesis. X-Dresser and Clothing Converter works between V3 and V4 and Poser characers, but I haven't seen any that converts between them and genesis figures. If someone knows of a conversion program between Genesis and the rest of the world, let me know here?

    The lack of clones, which several PAs have stepped in to fill with products in the store, is not related to the lack of types in the AutoFit dialogue.

    To which figure are you trying to fit he Michael 4 item? Is the Content Management Service working - do items appear in Smart Content?

    The Figure I'm trying to fit the clothing to is Genesis. As far as I know the Content Management Service is working but I'm not sure exactly how to find out if it isn't. The clothing does appear in smart content.

    If you are seeing files in Smart Content that should indicate that the CMS is running. It may be worth reinstalling the Genesis Starter Essentials, just in case the needed files are AWOL.

    Okay, I'll try that and see if there's any change.
