is it possible to get partial face shapes sculpted in zbrush?

Those zbrush sculpted face morphs are wonderful, but what i really want is a set of eyes, noses and mouths to mix and match and make the perfect face. Is such a thing with morphs possible? Imagine 20 pairs of eye shapes to match famous eyes, piercing eyes, men's and women's, all shapes and styles, applied with a click. The sliders just don't give the freedom I'd like -could something like this happen?

Yes - any areas that aren't changed by a morph will be unaffected by the morph, it doesn't reset other morphs to the zero state when applied. Of course, by the same token, all the morphs applied are added up which can lead to mesh breakage in some cases.

Bet some of our talented morph boffins could do it!

Have you looked at Thorne and Handspan Studio's morph resource kits?

As far as I can see you're suggesting 1) more shapes and 2) famous shapes.

As far as shapes from famous faces, I'm guessing you mean like actors, musicians?
