Aw man. I like the grab bag sales, but after the last two times that they became a dollar cheaper each the next day, I dunno if I can bring myself to buy 'em. I used to think buying early meant a better deal but, well...
Anyone else getting Download Failures in DIM and Manual? I bought items in the Flash Sale earlier, after multiple retries I've now got 8 of the 11 down, but

Yes I had the same problem, but I was finally able to get everything downloaded after multiple attempts.
Looks like my hunch paid off lol. $1 cheaper today, although does need two new releases instead of one to activate. Still, Daz, getting people to hold off buying one day for the hope that it'll be cheaper the next is an... interesting tactic.

Well, although I still regard myself as a loyal and - spending-wise - quite good customer I had to drastically cut down spendings on bundles due to the overall price increases and the frequency single, duo and mega bundles are flooding the marketplace.
With Brooke and Jacqueline I picked just one of their bundles (Golden Marksman and Alternate Reality) and cherrypicked from the Manhatten Style and the Undercover Bundle. But hey, seems that those have been the wrong bundles for getting a discount on Lounging in Lace, right? Although the Jacqueline Undercover Retro Bundle does not include a single part of lingerie. Well there is a recent Be Mine Lingerie Bundle (I own) as well as a Timeless Lingerie Bundle (which I own as well) but those only qualify to wonder it seems.

A lot of items in the 'select daz original bundles' category aren't bundles, they're just single characters. For example, Floyd 8 and Edie 8, and Michael 5. Are these meant to be the pro or starter bundles?
Edie and Floyd include the character and hd addon, while M5 has some poses and underwear included... probably why the site sees them as bundles.

I got a question about the wording of this new releases coupn code deal thingo. Today's page says 'buy 1-8 hobby props new releases' for the code. Is this different to the 'stack up' new releases code? Do they compound? i.e. get, say, 4 hobby props and 4 stack up to count as 8? or do they count toward seperate codes? I'm a little confused

My understanding is that you make Hobby Props new release purchases between May 9-12. At the end, if you bought 1-3 products, you get a 10% coupon. If you've bought over 8, it's a 20% coupon. So one coupon depending on how many you purchased total in that time frame.
Edit: it's featured new releases, so whatever is featured in that time period.
"Elemental for Aloisia" is part of the weekly freebies. Until recently, it was displayed as $1 in the freebie list. It is now fixed and it is 100% off in the list, but once in the cart, the price is still $1.

I thought I understood what yesterday's sale meant. I am now not sure. This seems, as so often, an odd marketing strategy.
In addition, yesterday's Flash sale 9that finished at midnight your time) promised a reduction in Toon items, but it simply didn't seem to work for me. I got 10% when I expected 60%(?). So I gave up. Baffling for the customer.
Yes, any featured item from the period purchased within the period, it doesn't have to be on the day of release.
Any chance we can get Urban Future 8 (https://www.daz3d.com/urban-future-8) added to the 66% OFF Select Structures (https://www.daz3d.com/check-out-these-great-structures#p=4&filtered=1) sale since all of the other Urban Futures are included in the sale? It is made up of structures :)
