Where Can I Find Bryce Personal Learning Edition?

I can only find the $20 Bryce Pro for downloading, but our teacher insists that the Personal Learning Edition is available for free download. Does anyone have the link, as multiple searches on this site have turned up nothing?

    There is no longer a free version. Bryce PLE was exactly the same as the version available in the store, but with some of the new, more advanced, features disabled.
