Daz 4.15 iray emission tile horz and vert offset

So I am trying to add a custom Emmisive texture to an object. My emmisive texture is the same as my base texture. I can easily use the verticle and horizontal tile slidebars to adjust my texture but when I try to render the scene the emmisive does not portray the offsets I made. I know this is because the offsets dont apply to the Emmissive texture because ive I disble emmisive it works fine.

Is there some way I can force the offsets to apply to the emissive?
