Suggestion to Make Daz3d even easier to use.

It's possible I just hit the wrong keys but I have a suggestion if I didn't.

When I add multiple morphs in a scene with the same platform the scene panel lists them as (2), (3), (4) etc. Because I know I can rename Lights and Cameras to make them less genetic I decided to rename my morphs to make them easier to identify. Well, it didn't work and I lost the platform name incompletely. I tried to undo it with no luck. Then I wasn't even able to select the morph anymore and had to completely delete it and start over.

I would be great if morphs could be renamed as well to make them easier to identify especially for Fit To and Parenting items.

Thanks.

I'm not sure what you mean -- are you talking about renaming figures in the Scene pane?

Basically, yes. You can double click on a camera and rename it. You can double click on a light and rename it. I couldn't with any of the figures/morphs. Victoria 4.2 (2), Victoria 4.2 (3) etc., can't be renamed so that I can better identify which figure/morph I'm working with in the scene. I can make a Victoria 4.2 into a teen and another Victoria 4.2 into an old woman. I can make a third into a alien. The problem is if I could rename them I could better identify which one I'm working on within the scene. This will also help when using Fit To and Parenting items.

I had no issue with renaming any of the figures tested with Genesis, V4.2 and Freak. clicking on the name in the scene tab allowed me to rename each of them to whatever I chose.

Yes, I've never had problems renaming them. Your'e just trying to rename the root of the figure, not an individual bone, right?

I'm not sure what the root of a figure is. I will try it again when I'm not working on something I need to keep. It's possible that I hit the wrong keys and messed it up. But I wasn't able to click on it again to rename it. I had to delete the whole figure and start over. Thanks for the help guys.
