I already know my pc will be slow at rendering since it doesn't have the Nvidia vid card. I'd just like some suggestions so that my render will look good & hopefully not be grainy. I did have some settings that were in a zip that I downloaded but now I can't find it. So I welcome any advice:) My specs are attached.

There are some useless workaround for Iray.
1. Export the scene and import it (however, Iray will not work without Nvidia card).
2. Use Daz to other Bridge. (again, Iray will not work without an Nvidia card)
3. Use a post-denoising software or methods. (It may work or not)
4. Layer by layer render using CPU (it will require time and 2d skills)
5. Other methods (cloud render, exchange your gpu etc.)
This thread has some great information on setting up an environment as well as creating custom shaders to achieve great results on an Nvidia or non-nvidia system.

I would suggest you at least try the render settings to see if it makes any improvement.
Please stop saying, "Iray will not work without Nvidia card.", it will work it will just use the CPU and be quite slow.
Correction: Iray will work with CPU. Using resource-saving shaders might speed up CPU rendering.
I was gonna say that I think I already said that I knew it was going to be a slow render lol. I just wanted a good idea to put up for render settings as I'd lost my render setting notes & am setting them up again lol.I've used Iray on non-Nvidia PC's pretty much since Iray came out. I'm used to the slow renders:) I'll get this figured:) Thanks peeps I'll check out the above notes. I don't use editing programs I'm not crazy about layering & such-don't have the patience lol.
Thankies will look at this now:)
