Do one get sale price

I have problem on 10/12/21 I place request for help to fix this ploblem form sales dept now 10/22/21 and no reply from sales dept will I still products at the sale price or not?

    Moved to the Commons as it is not a Daz Studio question.

    If you opened the ticket while the sale was on, and assuming you are correct that you should have received the offer price, then support will usually be able to let you get the item(s) for the offer price, I think.
